When you adjust criteria:
- Sophie immediately applies new rules
- Updates ongoing evaluations
- Informs affected applicants
From Your Communication
If you manually respond to applicants:
- Sophie reads your response
- Adapts her tone
- Uses similar wording
Training Examples
Example 1: Income Tolerance
Month 1: Sophie asks about -5% income deviation Your answer: "Yes, that's okay" Result: Sophie accepts up to -5% automatically
Month 2: Sophie asks about -8% deviation Your answer: "No, too little" Result: Sophie knows the limit is between -5% and -8%
Example 2: Pet Policy
Initial: Criteria says "No pets" Clarification: "Applicant has a small indoor cat" Your answer: "Okay for small pets" Result: Sophie differentiates between pet types
Improve Sophie
1. Provide Feedback
After Sophie's emails:
- 👍 "Good response"
- 👎 "Could be better"
Sophie adjusts her responses.
2. Adjust Criteria
Regularly review your criteria:
- Too strict? Reduce requirements
- Too many unsuitable applicants? Tighten criteria
3. Update Descriptions
Improve property descriptions:
- Sophie uses them for responses
- Better descriptions = better communication
What Sophie DOESN'T Learn
Sophie never learns:
- To make final decisions without you
- To deviate from your explicit criteria
- To change your communication style unauthorized
You stay in control.
Reset Training
If Sophie learned something wrong:
- Go to Settings > AI
- Click Reset Training
- Confirm
Sophie starts fresh but keeps your criteria.
