Training Sophie

How Sophie learns and improves.

Sophie learns from your decisions and gets better over time.

How Sophie Learns

From Your Clarifications

Every time you answer a clarification:

  • Sophie remembers your decision
  • Applies it to similar cases
  • Asks less frequently over time

From Your Criteria

When you adjust criteria:

  • Sophie immediately applies new rules
  • Updates ongoing evaluations
  • Informs affected applicants

From Your Communication

If you manually respond to applicants:

  • Sophie reads your response
  • Adapts her tone
  • Uses similar wording

Training Examples

Example 1: Income Tolerance

Month 1: Sophie asks about -5% income deviation Your answer: "Yes, that's okay" Result: Sophie accepts up to -5% automatically

Month 2: Sophie asks about -8% deviation Your answer: "No, too little" Result: Sophie knows the limit is between -5% and -8%

Example 2: Pet Policy

Initial: Criteria says "No pets" Clarification: "Applicant has a small indoor cat" Your answer: "Okay for small pets" Result: Sophie differentiates between pet types

Improve Sophie

1. Provide Feedback

After Sophie's emails:

  • 👍 "Good response"
  • 👎 "Could be better"

Sophie adjusts her responses.

2. Adjust Criteria

Regularly review your criteria:

  • Too strict? Reduce requirements
  • Too many unsuitable applicants? Tighten criteria

3. Update Descriptions

Improve property descriptions:

  • Sophie uses them for responses
  • Better descriptions = better communication

What Sophie DOESN'T Learn

Sophie never learns:

  • To make final decisions without you
  • To deviate from your explicit criteria
  • To change your communication style unauthorized

You stay in control.
