Communication Flow
1. First Contact
Applicant writes to the listing email:
"Hello, I'm interested in the apartment on Main Street 5."
Sophie responds:
"Hello! Thank you for your interest. I'd like to learn more about you. Could you tell me about your employment situation?"
2. Information Gathering
Sophie asks targeted questions:
- Current employment situation
- Net household income
- Desired move-in date
- Number of people in household
- Pets (if relevant)
3. Qualification
Sophie checks the information against your criteria:
- ✅ Income sufficient
- ✅ Employment permanent
- ✅ Available from suitable
Result: Applicant is qualified for viewing.
4. Appointment Coordination
Sophie offers time slots:
"Great! You meet our requirements. I can offer you the following viewing appointments: ..."
5. Document Request
After viewing:
"Thank you for the viewing. To proceed, I need the following documents: ..."
