Clarifications - when Sophie needs your help.
Sophie is smart, but sometimes she needs your help. These are called Clarifications.
What are Clarifications?
Clarifications are questions Sophie asks when she's unsure:
- Borderline cases with criteria
- Unusual applicant situations
- Important decisions
- Unclear information
Where to Find Them
Clarifications appear in your dashboard:
- Click Home in the menu
- See the Clarifications section
- Click on an open clarification
Alternatively:
- Open the respective listing
- Navigate to Clarifications
Types of Clarifications
Criteria Borderline Cases
Income just below threshold
The applicant has a net income of €2,450. Your requirement is €2,500 (3x base rent).
Should I still invite them for viewing?
Your options:
- Yes, invite
- No, reject
- Request additional information
Unusual Situations
Self-employed with fluctuating income
The applicant is self-employed. The last 3 months show varying income. Average: €3,200.
Should I request additional documents?
Missing Information
Unclear move-in date
The applicant says "as soon as possible." The apartment is available from April 1st.
Should I ask for a specific date?
Respond to Clarification
- Read Sophie's question
- Review applicant information
- Make your decision
- Click on your choice
Sophie executes your decision immediately.
Set Preferences
For recurring questions, you can set preferences:
- Answer the clarification
- Check Remember this decision
- Sophie learns your preference
Example:
"Always accept income deviations up to 10% below threshold."
Urgency
Clarifications have priorities:
- 🔴 High: Applicant is waiting
- 🟡 Medium: Standard
- 🟢 Low: No urgency
Sort by urgency to handle important cases first.
