Rental Units

Manage individual apartments and units within your properties.

Rental units are the individual rentable units within a property.

Overview

A Rental Unit is e.g.:

  • An apartment in an apartment building
  • An office in an office building
  • A retail space on the ground floor
  • A parking spot or garage

Each rental unit belongs to exactly one Property.

Under Property Management > Rental Units you see all units:

  • Name and property association
  • Unit type (apartment, office, etc.)
  • Living space and number of rooms
  • Floor
