Manage active rental processes for your rental units.
A Listing (also called rental case) is an active rental process for a rental unit.
What is a Listing?
When you want to rent out a rental unit:
- You create a Listing for the rental unit
- The listing gets its own email address
- Use this email on portals like ohne-makler.net
- All incoming applications are automatically assigned to this listing
- Sophie communicates automatically with applicants

Under Rentals > Listings you see all your rental cases:
- Active listings (currently renting)
- Completed listings
- Paused listings
