Activate AI Communication

  1. Open the listing
  2. Navigate to AI Communication
  3. Activate the switch AI Communication Enabled

Contact Person

Define how Sophie introduces herself:

  • First Name: The name Sophie signs with
  • Last Name: Family name for signature

Communication Style

Choose the tone of communication:

  • Professional: Formal address
  • Friendly: Warm but professional tone
  • Casual: Informal conversational tone

Email Signature

Customize the signature that appears under each email:

  • Name and contact details
  • Company logo
  • Disclaimer texts

What Sophie Does Automatically

After activation:

  1. Greeting: Sophie responds to every incoming inquiry
  2. Information Gathering: Sophie requests missing data
  3. Qualification: Sophie checks applicants against your criteria
  4. Appointment Scheduling: Sophie offers appointments to qualified applicants
  5. Reminders: Sophie sends appointment reminders
  6. Follow-up: Sophie requests missing documents

When Sophie Asks You

For important decisions, Sophie asks for your opinion:

  • Borderline cases with criteria
  • Unclear situations
  • Final acceptances or rejections

These questions appear as Clarifications in the dashboard.

Pause AI

You can pause AI communication at any time:

  1. Open the listing
  2. Deactivate AI Communication Enabled

During pause:

  • New emails are collected but not answered
  • You can respond manually
  • After reactivation, Sophie continues

Manual Intervention

You can manually intervene in communication at any time:

  1. Open the applicant
  2. Write a manual email
  3. Sophie considers your communication
