After activation:
- Greeting: Sophie responds to every incoming inquiry
- Information Gathering: Sophie requests missing data
- Qualification: Sophie checks applicants against your criteria
- Appointment Scheduling: Sophie offers appointments to qualified applicants
- Reminders: Sophie sends appointment reminders
- Follow-up: Sophie requests missing documents
When Sophie Asks You
For important decisions, Sophie asks for your opinion:
- Borderline cases with criteria
- Unclear situations
- Final acceptances or rejections
These questions appear as Clarifications in the dashboard.
Pause AI
You can pause AI communication at any time:
- Open the listing
- Deactivate AI Communication Enabled
During pause:
- New emails are collected but not answered
- You can respond manually
- After reactivation, Sophie continues
Manual Intervention
You can manually intervene in communication at any time:
- Open the applicant
- Write a manual email
- Sophie considers your communication
