Properties
Create and manage your properties (buildings) in your portfolio.
Properties are your buildings or real estate. They form the top level of your portfolio structure.
Overview
A Property is e.g.:
- An apartment building
- A single-family home
- An office building
- A mixed residential and commercial building
Within a property, you can create multiple Rental Units.
Navigation
Under Property Management > Properties you see all your buildings:
- Name and address
- Property type
- Number of rental units
- Construction year and details
