Team Management

Invite team members and manage permissions.

Working with a team? Invite colleagues and manage permissions.

Invite Members

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter email address
  4. Select a role
  5. Click Send Invitation

Accept Invitation

The invited member:

  1. Receives an email with invitation link
  2. Clicks the link
  3. Creates an account (if not already existing)
  4. Has immediate access to the team

Roles and Permissions

Owner

The team creator is automatically the owner.

Can:

  • Use all features
  • Manage billing
  • Delete team
  • Transfer ownership

Admin

Full operational rights.

Can:

  • Create/edit properties
  • Manage applicants
  • Communicate with Sophie
  • Invite members (as member or admin)
  • Change settings

Cannot:

  • Manage billing
  • Delete team

Member

Limited rights for employees.

Can:

  • View and edit applicants
  • Communicate with Sophie
  • Manage appointments

Cannot:

  • Create properties
  • Change criteria
  • Invite members
  • Change settings

Change Roles

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click on the member
  3. Select Change Role
  4. Choose the new role

⚠️ Only owners and admins can change roles.

Remove Member

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click on the member
  3. Select Remove from Team
  4. Confirm

The member:

  • Immediately loses access
  • Can be re-invited
  • Keeps their personal account

Transfer Ownership

If you want to leave the team:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Select Transfer Ownership
  3. Choose the new owner
  4. Confirm with your password

⚠️ This action cannot be undone.

Leave Team

As a member or admin:

  1. Go to Settings > Team
  2. Click Leave Team
  3. Confirm

As owner, you must transfer ownership first.

Activity Log

See who did what:

  1. Go to Settings > Activity
  2. Filter by member, action, or date

Examples:

  • "Max invited applicant Müller to viewing"
  • "Anna edited property Main Street 5"
  • "Sophie responded to 5 new emails"
