Team Management
Invite team members and manage permissions.
Working with a team? Invite colleagues and manage permissions.
Invite Members
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Invite Member
- Enter email address
- Select a role
- Click Send Invitation
Accept Invitation
The invited member:
- Receives an email with invitation link
- Clicks the link
- Creates an account (if not already existing)
- Has immediate access to the team
Roles and Permissions
Owner
The team creator is automatically the owner.
Can:
- Use all features
- Manage billing
- Delete team
- Transfer ownership
Admin
Full operational rights.
Can:
- Create/edit properties
- Manage applicants
- Communicate with Sophie
- Invite members (as member or admin)
- Change settings
Cannot:
- Manage billing
- Delete team
Member
Limited rights for employees.
Can:
- View and edit applicants
- Communicate with Sophie
- Manage appointments
Cannot:
- Create properties
- Change criteria
- Invite members
- Change settings
Change Roles
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click on the member
- Select Change Role
- Choose the new role
⚠️ Only owners and admins can change roles.
Remove Member
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click on the member
- Select Remove from Team
- Confirm
The member:
- Immediately loses access
- Can be re-invited
- Keeps their personal account
Transfer Ownership
If you want to leave the team:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Select Transfer Ownership
- Choose the new owner
- Confirm with your password
⚠️ This action cannot be undone.
Leave Team
As a member or admin:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click Leave Team
- Confirm
As owner, you must transfer ownership first.
Activity Log
See who did what:
- Go to Settings > Activity
- Filter by member, action, or date
Examples:
- "Max invited applicant Müller to viewing"
- "Anna edited property Main Street 5"
- "Sophie responded to 5 new emails"
